Cancellation Policy

At Luxx Hair Studio, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the scheduled service total. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
